The managing partner Paul-Alexander Wacker received from the Technical University of the title graduate engineer on May 19, 1971 to be studying electrical engineering and graduate industrial engineer on 17 November 1972 with a degree in Economic and ergonomics.
In addition to his patent attorney training acquired Paul-Alexander Wacker in his law studies from 1971 to 1976 all certificates necessary for the 1st state examination and received after the test at the German Patent and Trademark Office, the professional title "patent attorney" on July 30, 1975

The co-partner Ulrike Wacker has by its pharmaceutical, professional medical and
psychotherapeutic training significantly contributed to the development of the international network of contacts and the company is in this function also still available.
The company will continue to operate as Wacker Innovationsberatung consulting from the 01.01.2017.
The company has its core competence in innovation strategy and mediation.
